On the rare occasion that you need to return an item, you can return items up to 28 from the date of receipt for a full refund as long as they are in their original condition with all packaging, swing tags, and labels intact.

Please include the delivery note with your returns. This has a unique barcode on it from which allows us to identify you for your refund.
Returns are free from the UK only. To return an item from the UK, please email returns@noellewolf.com and request a Returns Authorization (RA) number. You will receive an email with your RA number and instructions for how to generate and print your returns label using the Royal Mail portal and return your goods to us. Please enter this RA number onto the delivery note and enclose it with your package.

Please clearly mark your package ‘Commercial Goods Return’ to avoid any delay in customs.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the process above for a return and refund, and reorder the new item with a new order from our website.

Condition: In the interests of hygiene, please only try on briefs over another pair of briefs. We may refuse to accept returns if we receive back damaged goods. We will however return the damaged goods to you. Please make sure the goods are securely packaged in the original packaging to avoid damage in transit. The goods are your responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse. Proof of postage is not the same as proof of delivery.

We aim to process refunds on the day we receive your goods however please allow 7 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

You will receive an email to confirm that you have been refunded.
