On the rare occasion that you need to return an item, you can return items up to 28 days from the date of receipt for a full refund as long as the products are in their original condition with all packaging, swing tags, and labels intact.

PLEASE INCLUDE THE DELIVERY NOTE WITH YOUR RETURNS to identify you for your refund as it contains a unique barcode. Without it we will be unable to allocate the refund.

Items highlighted as FINAL SALE are not exchangeable nor refundable.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges
We are not able to process online exchanges. If you would like a new size or color, you may return the original item and then place a new order. If you need assistance, please contact us.
Returns are free

To return an item from the UK, please generate and print your returns label using the Royal Mail’s portal on https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3112

Please use the free returns label included in your parcel to return the goods to us. Clearly mark your package ‘Commercial Goods Return’ to avoid any delay in customs. All import taxes are your responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns Conditions:

In the interests of hygiene, please only try on briefs over another pair of briefs. Briefs, bodysuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed (swimwear) or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer. Please note, for hygiene reasons we will be unable to accept returns if we receive back damaged goods. Items must not have been worn and must be in their original packaging with the labels still attached
Some orders may include free products as part of a special offer. If the item(s) you are returning mean you are no longer eligible to receive a special offer, please also return the free products to us. If these products are not returned, the refund cannot be processed.

Please make sure the goods are securely packaged in the original packaging to avoid damage in transit. The goods are your responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse. Proof of postage is not the same as proof of delivery.

We aim to process refunds within 10 days of receiving your goods due to current Covid 19 safety procedures of quarantining packages, however please allow 15 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

You will receive an email to confirm that you have been refunded. We are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the process above for a return and refund, and reorder the new item with a new order from our website. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Due to Covid-19, your order may encounter shipping delays from DHL/UPS/FedEx/ Shipping Courier.
If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 2-3 business days for it to arrive before contacting us by email. Noelle Wolf Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit as it is the responsibility of the courier company.
